What you’ll be doing

The Education Services Team supports our Elite education customers. The team is expanding and

has a requirement for a Notebook Service Technician to service prestigious schools in Sydney

Metropolitan areas, Atturra’s office is based in St Leonard’s.

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide Level 1 technical hardware support solutions for HP

laptops.

· Work onsite to ensure that service calls are completed accurately and efficiently, thereby

reducing the need for return calls.

· Service products in accordance with vendor product service guides.

· Keep an accurate register of spare parts and liaise with our internal departments and

customers to ensure that our service level agreements are met.

· Engage and work with the school’s IT team as helpdesk support.

· Manage helpdesk ticket support system including creating, maintaining, and resolving

tickets in a prompt and efficient manner.

 

 

Working Conditions

  • Based in Sydney - onsite at St Leonards office 
  • Full time opportunity 
  • Onsite
  • Work Vehicle to be provided to service schools around Sydney.
  • Driver license required
