Learning Content Creator
Date: 18 Aug 2026
Location: Sydney, New South Wales, AU, 2000
Company: Atturra
What you’ll be doing
Atturra is looking for a motivated and driven Learning Content Creator to join our rapidly growing Scholairan team.
The Learning Content & Adoption Specialist designs, builds and maintains the learning materials, user guides and change-adoption content that help school staff confidently adopt Scholarion’s AI-enabled Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about schools, education and practical change — someone who can make new ways of working feel clear, relevant and achievable for busy teachers, administrators and school leaders.
The role ensures that every school, from onboarding through to business-as-usual, has access to current, well-structured content that builds genuine staff confidence, reduces administrative burden, supports readiness for go-live and helps schools realise the practical time-saving benefits of the platform’s AI-enabled capabilities. Working closely with the Education Onboarding Lead and Delivery team, the role turns product and process knowledge into content that real school staff can understand, trust and use.
Why This Role Matters
Even the best-designed platform only delivers value if school staff understand how to use it with confidence. This role is designed for someone who can take a process, a workflow or a new AI-enabled feature and turn it into content that a busy teacher, administrator or business manager can pick up and apply immediately. It suits a clear, structured communicator who enjoys simplifying complexity, cares deeply about improving how schools work, and sees learning content and change support as a direct lever for adoption — not an administrative afterthought.
The role plays a critical part in helping people move from uncertainty to confidence, making technology feel practical and approachable, and ensuring schools experience the time-saving promise of Scholarion’s AI-enabled capabilities in day-to-day practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Content Design & Development
- Design and build training materials, user guides, quick-reference cards and FAQs for Scholarion’s SIS and ERP (finance, HR, payroll) modules, reflecting genuine school practice.
- Translate configuration, process and product knowledge from Delivery, Product and Education colleagues into clear, structured content suited to a school’s different audiences.
- Maintain a current, well-organised content library, ensuring materials are kept up to date as the product and standard configuration evolve.
- Develop content in formats suited to different learning needs — written guides, short video walkthroughs, exemplars and facilitator materials for live sessions.
Change Management & Adoption Support
- Support the design and delivery of change-management activity that helps school staff move confidently from legacy tools and processes onto the standard Scholarion build, with a strong focus on practical adoption and readiness for go-live.
- Work with the Education Onboarding Lead to align training content with each school’s onboarding plan and go-live milestones.
- Gather feedback from training participants and support teams to continuously improve content clarity, structure and usefulness.
- Help schools build internal capability by developing train-the-trainer materials for school-based champions where appropriate.
- Create adoption-focused content that helps school staff understand not just what is changing, but why it matters and how it will support better, more efficient ways of working.
AI & Product Capability Enablement
- Build dedicated content that helps school staff understand and confidently use Scholarion’s AI-enabled capabilities — showing, in practical terms, how these features reduce administrative load and free up time for teaching and leadership.
- Translate new AI-enabled features and roadmap enhancements into accessible adoption content as they are released, working with Product to get the framing right.
- Develop simple, credible exemplars and use cases that demonstrate AI-enabled capability in day-to-day school administration, reporting and parent communication, helping shift staff from caution to confidence.
- Support Customer Success and the Leading Edge Forum with content that explains the practical impact of upcoming enhancements, including AI-enabled functionality, to member schools.
Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a trusted point of contact for onboarding and support teams seeking new or updated content.
- Build constructive working relationships with Delivery, Product, Education and Customer Success colleagues to ensure content reflects accurate, current product and process knowledge.
- Monitor support queries and onboarding feedback to identify gaps in existing content and proactively address them.
- Contribute to a consistent content style, tone and structure across all Scholarion training and support materials.
Capabilities & Experience:
Essential
- Experience designing and developing training content, user guides or change-management materials, ideally within a software, SaaS or technology-enabled environment.
- Ability to translate complex product, process or technical detail into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences.
- Strong written communication skills, with a structured, consistent approach to content design.
- Comfortable working with subject matter experts across delivery, product and education to extract accurate content input.
- Experience supporting training delivery or facilitation, whether in person, virtually or through self-serve content.
- Outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise content needs against onboarding and go-live timelines.
Desirable
- Experience producing training or adoption content for AI-enabled or Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions.
- Familiarity with the K–12 schools sector or education technology environment.
- Experience with content or learning management tooling, instructional design principles, or train-the-trainer models.
- Exposure to change-management frameworks and adoption measurement.
Personal Attributes
- Clear, structured communicator who takes pride in well-organised, genuinely useful content.
- Curious and quick to learn new product capability, including AI-enabled features, well enough to explain it simply to others.
- Collaborative and approachable, comfortable working across delivery, product and education teams.
- Patient and empathetic to the realities of busy school staff adjusting to new systems.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over content accuracy and currency.
- Passionate about education and motivated by helping schools adopt practical, modern and time-saving ways of working.
- Creative in explaining complex ideas simply, with pride in producing learning content that people genuinely use.
