What you’ll be doing

 

Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Data & Integration business, the General Manager (GM) of Integration (Australia and New Zealand) is a key leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth of Atturra’s Integration Team. Overseeing a dynamic team of over 200 consultants and strategic vendor partnerships, this role requires a proven leader with a strong commercial mindset, the ability to scale a business, and the drive to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

 

The GM will be accountable for sales and delivery performance, customer satisfaction, financial management, and talent development. This position will play a pivotal role in strengthening Atturra’s market presence and profitability within the integration sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, evolving technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.\
  • Expand and enhance service offerings, ensuring Atturra remains a leader in integration solutions.

 

2.    Sales & Business Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, strategies, and performance metrics.  Work with Group Sales on strategic pursuits and contribute to the overall growth of Atturra.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, vendors, and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
  • Implement sales enablement initiatives, including training and incentive programs, to optimize team performance.

 

3.    Delivery & Customer Success

  • Oversee Delivery Leaders to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an executive escalation point for project delivery challenges, ensuring service excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

 

4.    Financial & Operational Management

  • Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies to enhance scalability while reducing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, contractual commitments, and internal policies.

 

5.    Leadership & People Management

  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a strong team across sales and delivery functions.
  • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to support business expansion.
  • Strengthen vendor partnerships and enhance Atturra’s position as a top-tier integration provider.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

 

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, results-driven business leader with a strong track record in driving growth. This role offers significant performance-based incentives and requires a hands-on, committed leader, who excels in excellent communications.

  • Experience: 10+ years in leadership roles within IT, technology, or systems integration.
  • Sales & Business Development: Proven success in leading sales teams in a service-led B2B environment, with expertise in solution selling.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong background in ensuring customer satisfaction, project delivery, and service operations.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of data-driven commercial environments and their impact on integration solutions.
  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to inspire, influence, and engage teams and strategic partners.
  • This role will require police and security clearance checks to be conducted

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Sales Performance: Drive improvements in conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
