As a Director, you will advise senior leaders on AI strategy, operating models, governance, and adoption, guiding clients from ideation through to implementation and value realisation. • Partner with clients to define AI-ready foundations across data, architecture, technology, integration, and governance.
• Lead workshops, executive briefings, and board-level presentations, translating complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee delivery of large or complex engagements, ensuring quality outcomes, effective resourcing, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Drive AI adoption, capability uplift, and change management to embed sustainable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, identify new opportunities, contribute to business development, and support cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Develop and mentor consulting teams, contribute to recruitment, knowledge sharing, and the continual enhancement of AI methodologies and offerings.
• Stay current with AI developments, including generative AI, copilots, agents, and automation technologies, applying practical insights to client engagements.
Working Conditions
