What you’ll be doing
Our Atturra Scholarion division are seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Specialist to play a key role in the design, delivery and optimisation of enterprise marketing automation capability, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, data and customer engagement. It is ideally suited to someone who can translate commercial and marketing objectives into well-designed technical solutions, while remaining close to the customer journey, campaign performance and business outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, together with strong functional development capability. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is essential, with specific and demonstrable experience in Customer Insights - Journeys, formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing, considered a key differentiator for this role.
Experience in the education sector, particularly within schools or school systems, will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will understand the complexity of engaging with multiple stakeholder groups, including prospective families, current parents, students, alumni, staff and broader community audiences.
Why This Role
This is an opportunity to take a meaningful role in shaping how marketing technology is used to deliver smarter, more personalised and more effective customer engagement.
You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and help bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution.
