EUC Engineer

Level 1/2 EUC Dedicated Customer
(Full-time Onsite Role) 
Australian Permanent resident or Citizen

•    Manage and support Active Directory for user and group administration, including permissions, group policies, and password resets.
•    Perform daily onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning/deprovisioning, access control, and hardware allocation.
•    Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center, including mailbox management, license assignment, and user access troubleshooting.
•    Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, including enrollment and compliance policies.
•    Set up, install, and troubleshoot a variety of hardware devices, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
•    Image and configure Windows and macOS devices following standard build processes.
•    Support and maintain meeting room technology and AV equipment; experience in this area is considered a plus.
•    Collaborate effectively with internal IT teams, including Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk, to ensure smooth operations.
•    Maintain accurate records of assets and user activities in relevant ITSM systems.
•    Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and user satisfaction initiatives.

What will make you successful in this role? 

•    Australian Permanent resident or Citizen
•    Minimum 1-3 years in a Desktop Engineer role.
•    A strong working knowledge of IT technologies.
•    Excellent customer service and communication skills
•    Strong attention to detail, with a process driven mindset
•    Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•    Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•    Exposure to working with Corporate Enterprise customers highly desirable but not essential.
 

Preferred
•    Certificate IV in Information Technology
•    Diploma of Information Technology
