What you’ll be doing


Responsibilities are but not limited to: 
•    Managing Sales Support Mailbox 
•    Assist customers and Account Executives with: 
    Creating quotes through ConnectWise 
    ETA's on orders 
    Order queries 
    Quote/pricing queries 
    Liaise with distributors and vendors 
•    Administrative tasks (create opportunities, close lost request on NetSuite, checking there's no discrepancies in quotes and customer's POs when processing) 
•    Process orders / PO's from customers 
•    Assist with compliance and client reporting 
•    Enter renewal information on NetSuite to create reminders 
•    Action internal L&M reminders and proactive quotes sent from distributors 
•    Creating quotes 
•    Send quotes to customers and Account Executives 
• Liaise with distils/vendors and discuss renewal upgrades if any for customers to consider
