Location: Perth, New South Wales, AU, 6000

Company: Atturra

What you’ll be doing

As the Head of Strategic Alliances & Product GTM, you’ll play a critical leadership role in advancing Atturra’s enterprise content and information management strategy. You’ll guide the evolution of our Enterprise Information Management (EIM) practice—expanding our platform capability beyond OpenText to include SharePoint, Encompass, and emerging technologies—while helping our clients unlock value through better governance, integration, and automation.

This newly created role will spearhead the development and execution of a next-generation go-to-market (GTM) strategy, opening up new revenue streams, deepening partnerships, and building scalable solutions. You’ll also lead and grow a high-performing team ready to meet the demands of a rapidly changing market.

  1. Evolve the Practice Beyond OpenText
    •    Lead the transition from a single-platform OpenText capability to a broader, multi-platform content management practice.
    •    Prioritise and scale delivery capability across Microsoft SharePoint, Encompass, and other emerging platforms.
    •    Align offerings with evolving client needs—from compliance and records management to collaboration and automation.
  2. Develop and Execute a Scalable GTM Strategy
    •    Design a multi-year roadmap for content services aligned with regulatory trends, client demand, and digital transformation agendas.
    •    Build IP-led solutions that differentiate Atturra in the market and accelerate time-to-value for clients.
    •    Integrate offerings with Atturra’s strengths in integration, data, and automation to drive end-to-end transformation.
  3. Accelerate Revenue Growth and Market Penetration
    •    Drive new pipeline creation and lead strategic pursuits across current and emerging client segments.
    •    Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams on value-driven proposals and joint GTM campaigns.
    •    Track and report commercial impact, including client acquisition, service expansion, and recurring revenue.
  4. Strengthen and Diversify Strategic Partnerships
    •    Deepen existing engagements with OpenText while expanding partnerships with Microsoft (SharePoint), Encompass, and others.
    •    Co-develop solutions and influence partner roadmaps to align with Atturra’s strategic direction.
    •    Position Atturra as a preferred and certified partner across all major EIM platforms.
  5. Grow and Enable a High-Performance Team
    •    Expand and lead the EIM team with a focus on platform diversification, delivery excellence, and client value.
    •    Build capability uplift programs aligned with partner certifications, delivery frameworks, and market trends.
    •    Foster a high-trust, collaborative culture that enables growth and succession planning.
  6. Champion Thought Leadership and Market Presence
    •    Represent Atturra at industry forums, partner events, and executive briefings.
    •    Contribute to content marketing through whitepapers, blogs, and presentations.
    •    Elevate Atturra’s brand by clearly communicating our EIM vision and strategic value to clients and internal stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

  • Employment Type – Permanent full time
  • Work Arrangement – Onsite
  • Office Location – Perth
  • Travel Opportunities – Occasional travel interstate and overseas

What will make you successful in this role?

  • 10+ years of experience in information management, records governance, or EIM consulting roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of information governance frameworks, metadata standards, data classification, and regulatory compliance in government and enterprise.
  • Proven experience with leading EIM platforms such as OpenText, Content Manager, Objective, or SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with experience growing consulting practices or solution portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging executive and government stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, client-focused approach with a passion for solving complex information challenges.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Australian records legislation and compliance requirements (e.g., NAA, PROV, GDA standards).
