General Manager - ERP Systems

What you’ll be doing

The General Manager Business Applications – WA is responsible for leading and managing a team of consultants, driving business development, and ensuring the successful implementation of TechnologyOne solutions for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, and an understanding of the ERP implementation cycle

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TechnologyOne consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 
•    Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners to drive business development opportunities.
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and generate revenue. 
•    Possess a comprehensive understanding of ERP implementation methodologies. 
•    Oversee and manage the delivery of TechnologyOne projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, of quality, and to the client's satisfaction. 
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective solutions. 
•    Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the Business Applications consulting practice. 
•    Identify and resolve technical and business challenges related to ERP implementations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 
•    Effectively manage and allocate team resources to ensure optimal project performance. 
•    Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing mentorship and support to promote professional development.
•    Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

What will make you successful in this role? 
•    Extensive years of experience in ERP consulting or project management, understanding project lifecycles and implementations.
•    Proven ability to lead and manage a team, motivate employees, and foster a positive work environment. 
•    Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and client requirements. 
•    Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills. 
•    Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, analyse data, and make informed decisions. 
•    Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business development and team growth
