Job Purpose:


Responsible for resolving technical issues and helping the team to design and deploy integrations by utilizing the Boomi integration platform.  

 

Job Description:


•    Provide administrational and operational support, engagement to client’s requirements/project, 
•    Boomi administration and exemplary customer service.  
•    Respond to customer inquiries, requests, or concerns by 24x7 support on a rotating basis including weekends and holidays.   
•    Work with the technical support team and with the other team such as engineering, operations, and administration to find a solution to a specific customer concern/issue.  
•    Resolve and hands-on to customer technical and/or development issues through diligent research and troubleshooting such as but not limited to design, deployment, implementation, and maintenance of integration processes using Boomi platform.  
•    Designs technology solutions by modeling requirements and applying standard application methodology best practices.   Manages user expectations regarding appropriate milestones and deadlines.  
•    Certifications in Boomi are required.  
•    Perform other duties as assigned.  

 

Working Conditions:


•    Permanent full time 
•    Remote

•    Philippines
•    Night shift - 7pm to 4am Manila time (must be open to rotating shift)

•    With 4-5 years or more of experience in Boomi, Mulesoft, TIBCO and such.  
•    With 2-3 years’ or more of experience in JavaScript, Groovy, Java, SQL, .Net, etc.)  
•    With 2-3 years or more of experience in server administration such as security, deployment, patching, SSO, etc.) 
•    With 2-3 years or more experience in SaaS business products such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, etc.) 
With 4-5 years’ experience with middleware/integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, TIBCO, etc. 
•    Preferably graduate in computer engineering, computer science or any course related to the 
•    requirement.  
•    Preferrable with Boomi Dev & Admin Certifications 
•    Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
