Atturra is looking for a full-time Account Executive to work within the Sales & Operations team of Cloud Business Solutions. Our team has focus on the delivery of Microsoft and ServiceNow solutions in key sectors, including Public Sector, Utilities and across Education.
The ideal candidate has proven stakeholder management experience to continue to drive Atturra’s engagements, including development and growth of new and existing accounts.

NSW is a major focus for growth in FY25, particularly across public sector and utilities. Candidates will have a proven track record in selling services in these key industries (or similar ones) and, ideally bring an understanding of Microsoft’s and ServiceNow core cloud and AI solutions.

This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role.
Key Performance Indicators will include:
• Account plan development and monthly reporting
• New business acquisition
• Contribution to regular sales meetings and wider sales strategy
• Representation of Atturra at company events as well as customer, industry and partner events

What will make you successful in this role?
You are a commercially minded sales professional with a strong ability to balance relationship management and revenue growth, and can confidently engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an outstanding communicator
- Have experience working with Microsoft and ServiceNow products and solutions
- Have at least five years’ experience in an equivalent sales role
- Have experience in selling professional services
- Have an understanding of complex deals and commercial structures
- Have a successful history of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent achievement against targets and KPIs
- Have an extensive background in IT and or Commercial/Public Sector proposal capture management to identify, shape and lead competitive procurement (Tenders / RFI / RFQ / RFP and Panel Contracts)
- Demonstrate a good understanding of government procurement and government contract vehicles
- Be self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through

- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ideally an understanding of or experience with Agile project delivery
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
