What you’ll be doing
• The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical streams within a local Government ERP Program, with a focus on managing a team of skilled consultants which includes systems integration, third-party systems remediation, architecture and cutover activities.
• This role ensures seamless integration between TechnologyOne modules and external Council systems, manages vendor relationships, and oversees technical readiness for go-live phases.
• Create commercial SoW's with third party vendors for remediation as per Remediation register resulting from Discovery phase
• Lead the design, build, and implementation of integrations between TechnologyOne ERP and various third-party systems.
• Oversee remediation of legacy systems to ensure compatibility and compliance with ERP architecture.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical SMEs to validate integration designs and data flows.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards during integration activities
Working Conditions:
• Employment Type – Part time ( 3 days a week) 6 months contract - High potential to extend.
• Office Location – Melbourne
What will make you successful in this role?
• Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably TechnologyOne in local government.
• Strong technical background in systems integration, APIs, and data migration.
• Solid Experience in cutover planning and execution for complex ERP environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and multi-stream dependencies.
• Familiarity with SaaS environment management and ERP configuration principles.

• Some onsite work required within Inner City
• 3-days per week initially with a potential to extend to full time.
• Initial 6 month contract with high potential to extend based on 3 year program of work.
