What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the General Manager, Sales – Managed Services, this is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement, while leading, empowering, and optimising the performance of high-performing sales teams.
This role requires a hands-on, commercially astute leader with a strong passion for client engagement, a proven ability to scale a business, and a proactive mindset to address client challenges and unlock growth opportunities.
You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, driving team performance and development, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening Atturra’s market presence and profitability across Australia, with a key focus on Victoria and New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
o Develop and execute a tactical sales plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets, in line with the GM Sales strategic plans.
o Create high levels of face-to-face client contact and grow intimacy in client relationships.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new clients.
o Stay ahead of industry trends, evolving technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovative discussions with clients.
o Clearly understand and be able to articulate Atturra’s capability and offerings and ensure sales team members can do the same. - Sales & Business Development
o Develop, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, strategies, and performance metrics. Work with MG Sales on strategic pursuits and contribute to the overall growth of Atturra.
o Build and nurture relationships with key clients, vendors, and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
o Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
o Implement sales enablement initiatives and support training and incentive programs to optimise team performance.
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations, contractual commitments, and internal policies. - Leadership & People Management
o Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
o Lead, mentor, and develop a strong team across sales functions.
o Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to support business expansion.
o Strengthen vendor partnerships and enhance Atturra’s position as a top-tier Managed Service Provider and Solution Provider.

• Experience: 10+ years in leadership roles within IT, technology, or systems integration.
• Sales & Business Development: Proven success in leading sales teams in a service-led B2B environment, with expertise in solution and services selling.
• Operational Excellence: Strong background in ensuring client satisfaction, project delivery, and service operations.
• Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and sales targetsy.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding the technology services and channel that Attura delivers and operates in.
• Leadership & Communication: Ability to inspire, influence, and engage teams and strategic partners.
