What you’ll be doing
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of marketing activations, events, collateral and operational marketing initiatives across Managed Services throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Working alongside the Campaign Lead and reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, the role provides campaign execution support as required and helps ensure marketing activities are delivered consistently, efficiently and to a high standard.
The role also supports marketing operations activities including MDF processes, governance documentation, operational workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Events, Conferences & Activations

Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of AMS events, conferences, trade shows, client events and partner activations across ANZ.

Manage event logistics including venues, registrations, booth requirements, signage, merchandise, suppliers and attendee communications.

Coordinate conference booths and ensure branding, collateral and on-site requirements are delivered to a consistent standard.

Maintain the AMS events and activation calendar and coordinate key milestones, approvals and dependencies.

Deliver post-event reporting, capture outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Campaign Support & Execution

Provide campaign execution support as required, based on priorities agreed with the Senior Marketing Manager and Campaign Lead.

Coordinate assigned campaign activities, deliverables, timelines and stakeholder approvals.

Support execution across webinars, events, sales enablement activities, partner campaigns and content distribution.

Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, asset repositories and status reporting.

Support campaign reporting and post-activity reviews where required.
Brand, Collateral & Asset Management

Coordinate brochureware, sales collateral, campaign assets and client-facing marketing materials.

Maintain AMS PowerPoint templates, client presentation decks and branded collateral.

Ensure consistency of branding across all AMS marketing and sales materials.

Coordinate updates to marketing assets, templates and collateral with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.

Maintain organised and accessible marketing asset libraries.
Marketing Governance & Operational Support

Support marketing operational activities including MDF processes, documentation, reporting and administration.

Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of MDF governance frameworks, templates and supporting documentation.

Build and maintain marketing governance documents, templates, workflows and operational processes.

Support budget tracking, supplier coordination, purchase orders, invoices and marketing administration activities.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, consistency and compliance.
Stakeholder, Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Work closely with Sales, Practice Leads, Delivery teams and other internal stakeholders to coordinate marketing activity.

Build effective relationships with vendor and distributor marketing teams across ANZ.

Coordinate agency, supplier and contractor deliverables, timelines and approvals.

Support the delivery of joint marketing initiatives with strategic vendor and partner organisations.
Measures of Success

High quality, brand-consistent client collateral, presentations and marketing assets.

Accurate and timely support of MDF applications, evidence collection, claims and reporting.

Strong stakeholder satisfaction across Sales, Practice, Partner and Vendor teams.

Demonstrated improvements in marketing efficiency, consistency and process maturity.
What will make you successful in this role?
- 4-6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, campaign activation, marketing operations or event management.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events, conferences, booths and partner activations.
- Experience developing and managing marketing collateral and presentation materials.
- Experience supporting vendor-funded marketing programs and MDF activities is highly desirable.
- Experience within the technology, managed services or professional services sector preferred.
