Launch your IT career with Atturra, a leading tech solutions provider known for its award-winning partnerships and inclusive culture. We are hiring a Graduate IT Support Engineer to join our Hardware Services Team, with opportunities across both our, Decommissioning, and Builds areas.
Whether you're passionate about troubleshooting, hands-on hardware work, or software configuration, we’ll help you grow from the ground up — with pathways into our Service Desk and beyond.
You'll gain hands-on experience and contribute to key areas of our Hardware Services team:
- Manage service tickets with clear documentation and timely updates
- Collaborate across Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Project teams
- Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements
- Represent Atturra professionally onsite and offsite
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
Responsibilities:
Decommission Engineer
- Interest in IT hardware and manual work
- Warehousing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Full driver’s license required for travel across VIC
Builds Engineer
- Strong understanding with some background in IT.
- Knowledge of configuration and software setups, any experience in these areas an advantage.

What will make you successful in this role?
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and MS365
- Recent graduate with a Degree or Cert IV in IT
- Passion for technology and solving real-world problems
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute
- Ability to work 5 days a week at our Scoresby based office and/or onsite at customer locations across VIC as needed.
