Company: Atturra

What you’ll be doing

Atturra Business Applications is seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Assets (EAM) Consultant with strong exposure to Project Lifecycle Management (PLM).
In this role, you will partner with customers to deliver high-quality TechnologyOne solutions across design, implementation, optimisation and support — with a particular focus on environments where Assets/Works and Projects (PLM) are tightly integrated.
The core purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional consulting experience by partnering with customers to achieve their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Design, plan, implement and support TechnologyOne EAM/Works and PLM solutions
•    Analyse business requirements and translate them into fit-for-purpose system configuration
•    Facilitate and contribute to client workshops, meetings and presentations
•    Develop and maintain technical, functional and process documentation
•    Provide guidance and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage
•    Support delivery across all project phases, including configuration, testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare

Core capability (EAM & PLM)
Assets / Works (EAM)
•    Work system configuration, including structure, rules and operational models
•    Hands-on delivery experience across EAM/Works implementations or optimisation programs.

Project Lifecycle Management (PLM)
•    PLM BPA customisation aligned to client requirements
•    PLM Register configuration and customisation
•    Strong understanding of how PLM operates within and extends the Work System

Integration & solution depth (critical for this role)
PLM delivery requires a strong understanding of how Projects integrate across the broader TechnologyOne ecosystem. You will be comfortable working across and advising on:
•    PLM and Enterprise Budgeting (EB) integration, including reporting, analytics and dashboards
•    Integration between PLM, EAM, Financials and Supply Chain, including purchasing and contracts
•    Financial and operational flows such as commitments, budgets, forecasting and accounts payable
•    The broader impacts of projects on ledgers, procurement, and workforce/timesheet processes

Technical & data capability (highly valued)
Given the variability of customer requirements, you will also be comfortable working with:
•    ETL (data migration, transformation and integration support)
•    tScripts (strongly preferred)
•   Reporting, analytics and dashboarding within EAM/Works/PLM environments.

Working Conditions:
•    Employment Type – Permanent full time
•    Office Location – Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth or New Zealand
•    Work Arrangement - Hybrid
•    Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel

What will make you successful in this role?

•    3–4+ years consulting experience (or equivalent end-user experience)
•    Demonstrated experience delivering TechnologyOne EAM/Works solutions with PLM exposure
•    Experience in business system design and implementation
•    Ability to identify and deliver process improvements and practical solutions
•    Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
•    Confidence delivering customer training (face-to-face or remote)
