What you’ll be doing


Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events? We're looking for a proactive and organised individual with a flair for event management to join our friendly marketing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders, this role could be perfect for you.
At Atturra, we value creativity, detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life. You’ll be a welcome member of the Corporate Marketing team, shaping the success of our conferences and events and ensuring every experience stands out from start to finish.
 

Your Key Responsibilities:


•    Manage the organisation and execution of corporate industry conferences and events, including adhering to budgets, collaborating with different departments, developing marketing collateral, and overseeing merchandise and booth designs to bring the brand to life.
•    Be the on-the-ground champion at our events across the country, ensuring high-quality assets are captured for social media and follow-up communications.
•    Help drive the lead generation activities using HubSpot, supported by our external agency, to maximise the impact of our event presence.
•    Share the story of our event successes through monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting connections made and marketing-qualified leads.
•    Bring the same energy and care to organising internal staff events at our corporate office, building a sense of community and culture.

 

Work Conditions:


•    Location: Melbourne preferred, but we’re open to Brisbane, Canberra, or Sydney.

 

What Will Help You Shine in This Role?


•    A marketing-related degree, ideally with a strong digital marketing focus.
•    3-5 years of experience in marketing and events, with demonstrated skills in:
o    Self-managing time and priorities with confidence and efficiency.
o    Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners.
o    Social media and email marketing with a results-oriented approach.
o    Using HubSpot (or similar platforms) and content management systems like WordPress.

•    A self-starter attitude and a team player spirit, ready to jump in and make things happen.
•    A natural talent for connecting with people and building rapport and relationships effortlessly.
•    Strong planning and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
•    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
