Procurement Officer

What you’ll be doing

The Procurement Officer works closely with the sales support team, finance, vendors, and suppliers. The role involves assisting the purchasing of goods and services while driving cost efficiencies and reducing lead times for critical items.

Responsibilities are but not limited to: 
•    Managing the Purchasing and PO invoice mailbox 
•    PO submissions 
•    Managing Returns 
•    Liaise with distributors and vendors regarding

o    Deal Registrations 
o    Claiming Promotion, Specials, and rebates 
o    Conduct supplier reviews and recording issues

•    Administrative tasks 

o    Create purchase orders  
o    ETA updates 
o    Credit Card reconciliations

 
•    Follow up on order discrepancies 
•    Organise transport and freight for deliveries 
•    Expedite urgent purchasing requirements as directed 
•    Fulfilment of purchase orders for payment

Working Conditions:
•    Employment Type: Permanent full time
•    Work Arrangement: Onsite (Makati Office)
•    Office Location – Makati City, Philippines

•    Proficient using Oracle NetSuite
