Atturra is looking for skilled Senior Developers experienced in Microsoft D365 CRM (CE), to be based in Manila, to join our rapidly growing team, to design and build systems and applications for a specialised project.

Responsibilities: 

 


•    Responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the specific applications
•    Responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions
•    Designing and delivering solutions  
•    Developing, configuring, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
•    Develop reporting and integrations as part of the solution
•    Providing technical analysis, resolution and troubleshooting of solutions provided to the customers
•    Gains understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with other team members to complete design and testing documentation
•    Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions are needed.

What will make you successful in this role? 

 


Key Technical Skills Required:

 

 

Strong experience in Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
Hands-on expertise in: 
•    Plugins (C#)
•    Custom APIs & Actions
•    Workflows and Cloud Flows (Power Automate)
•    SSRS Reports
    


Experience with: 


•    Power Pages (preferred, given our portal-heavy implementation)
•    Power BI
•    Managing Security Roles and Access Team Templates
 

  
Good understanding of: 


•    Dataverse data model, security roles, and table permissions
•    Solution management (managed/unmanaged) and deployment strategies

 

 

Additional Expectations:


•    Ability to independently handle deployments across environments
•    Experience with ALM practices (solution packaging, environment variables, connection references)
•    Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting
•    Understanding of integration patterns (APIs, external systems)

 

 

Soft Skills & Ownership:


•    Strong team player who actively collaborates and shares workload
•    Takes initiative and ownership of tasks
•    Proactively contributes to design discussions and improvements
•    Good communication skills and ability to mentor/support team members

 

Nice to Have:

 


•    Experience with PCF controls and modern UI customization
•    Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
