In this People & Culture (P&C) Graduate Consultant position, you will play the unique role of working directly with the Atturra P&C Managers, P&C Officer and the Chief People Officer, supporting all facets of HR and people-related matters across several business units.  You will be empowered and supported to make a meaningful impact on the professional lives of our people while you grow your career.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

The successful graduate consultant, can expect the following, but not be limited to:

•    Working closely with the P&C Managers, P&C Officer, Chief People Officer and finance team
•    Learning about and supporting all employment lifecycle steps – hiring, contract management, on-boarding, employee support, culture-building, performance management and off-boarding;
•    Assist with developing and embedding HR policies and procedures including feedback/review process, salary review process and banding;
•    Administer key systems including our engagement and reward/recognition systems
•    Keep up to date with OHS, IR and Employee Relations legislation changes to ensure compliance and provide updates to relevant parties;
•    Contribute to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs; 
•    Produce reports & presentations;
•    Administrative duties

 

 

Working Conditions:

 


•    Permanent full time 
•    Hybrid role – 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home per week
•    Office Location - Philippines, Ayala Makati

•    Educated to degree level, must be in a relevant subject (e.g. HR, IR, communications, business, management or a related field)
•    Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
•    Exposure to CRM or HRIS desirable
•    Natural curiosity to learn and a genuine passion for the technology industry 
•    An excellent communicator, with exceptional written & verbal skills
•    Ability to build rapport with internal & external stakeholders
•    Negotiation skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
