The Financial Analyst’s role (Atturra Managed Services) is to support the Finance Business Partner of AMS with day-to-day financial reporting, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, assisting with statutory accounts completion and audit
Functions:
• Month end closure- Prepare month-end journals, accruals, and reconciliation.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accurate coding of financial transactions.
• Be responsible for balance sheet accounts and reconcile these monthly.
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and loan accounts.
• Calculation of monthly, quarterly and yearly commission calculations.
• Assist with consolidation of group accounts
• Assist with the Group’s compliance requirements as required.
• Assist with audits-monthly basis.
• Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Other tasks as required by the finance business partner and FP&A manager.
Working Conditions:
• Permanent full time
• 6am to 3pm Manila time
• Work Arrangement – 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home
• Office Location– PNB Building, Ayala Avenue Makati

Systems
• Oracle NetSuite (preferred but not required)
• Microsoft Office 365 suite, with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Sharepoint
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to new financial systems
Qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/ CPA)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial accounting roles
• Experience in year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts
