What you’ll be doing
Our Atturra Central Sales Team are looking for a highly driven and self-motivated CRM Systems Coordinator/Executive Assistant, who will provide high level Administrative and Clerical support through management and validation of data, as well as collating weekly sales operations reports to General Managers of Atturra’s Business Units, whilst ensuring high data quality. This role will also include Executive Assistant duties as required, to support the Executive General Manager and the broader Central Sales Team.

Administrative work:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient CRM/System operations
• Collating of weekly data of systems sales reports to provide to Business Units
• Performs collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with the company
guidelines and standards
• Communicating with all end users (BDM/Sales/Executive) to review data entries ensuring they are accurate and timely
• Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required
• Addresses and resolves disputes based on agreed guidelines
• Provide feedback to stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction
• Executive Assistant duties by Managing and organising calendars
• Making travel arrangements for the Executive General Manager, as required
• Attending meetings and taking notes and communicating information to participants and key stakeholders
• Work closely with the broader team on ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

What will make you successful in this role?
• Minimum 3 years of experience using CRM systems. Experience in using NetSuite will be advantageous
• Experience in high level data entry and data management, ensuring high quality data is being providing to all reports
• Experience in Secretarial/Executive/Administrative Assistant role or an equivalent for a multinational company
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and the MS Suite.
Qualifications:
• Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree studies in Administration/Management or any four-year course.
