Submissions Officers, working to the Submission Manager’s guidance, report to the Operations Manager and are responsible for managing panel submissions. The role supports Member companies from receipt of a panel opportunity to proposal submission, and in some cases contract management. Typically, there are about a dozen active opportunities being managed (by a team of three) at any one time, each involving about six Member responses.

- Analyse and escalate potential risks.
- Maintain company systems including physical and digital records.
- Create and lodge various reports as required.
- Participate in regular operational and staff meetings.
- Support a collaborative environment within the SME Gateway office.
