What you’ll be doing

 

We're looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivery of high quality customer focused support.  You will assist with day to day support, patching and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability for our high value client. As part of a team you will manage Incidents, service requests, changes and problems, providing both timely resolution and high quality updates to records and documentation.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support of the Server hosting solutions (Windows, RHEL, VMware, and Azure)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs and standard operating procedures, work instructions and knowledge articles
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application hosting environment issues, minimizing downtime.
  • Patch and maintain the Server Hosting environment to ISM requirements

  • Location: Belconnen, ACT
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Mandatory Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance.

 

What will make you successful in this role? 

  • Proficient in Active Directory, Entra, VMware, Azure, Windows, RHEL
  • Exposure to applying Security Best Practices in line with the Information Security Manual (ISM).
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities 
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing system ( ServiceNow)
  • Relevant industry certification
