What you’ll be doing

We are actively seeking a Senior Consultant - Decision Support to join our esteemed team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving organisational success by providing specialist strategic consultancy services in decision support & solution design for our client.

Day to day, this looks like:

• Drawing upon decision support solutions and systems thinking frameworks, you will support and lead elements of the implementation of a large-scale transformation project for a Defence client.
• Play a pivotal role in delivering bespoke solutions – utilising our internal network of highly specialised and cross-functional teams in Advisory, Advanced Analytics and software development.
• Provide consulting project delivery support to leadership.

What will make you successful in this role?

Success in this role will require you to either possess characteristics like those listed below, or to have a strong interest in developing them:

• A willingness to learn from and collaborate with our Atturra experts and our clients on challenging problems across a range of industries.
• Willing and able to work from client site, mostly in Russell, ACT.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT implementation, consulting, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Security clearance to work on Australian federal government and defence projects.
