We are looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer support while helping to support a cutting-edge green fields SOE environment using MECM, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in creating, implementing, and maintaining a secure and high-performing SOE environment. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Design & Build: support and maintain our endpoint SOE and Virtual Desktop Environment.
- Implementation: Assist in the build and deployment processes for our endpoints and Virtual Desktop Environment. Provide application packaging and deployment support
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs and standard operating procedures.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for endpoint and Virtual Desktop issues, minimizing downtime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SOE designs with our business objectives.
What We Offer:
- Location: Based in Belconnen, ACT
- Employment: Permanent, full-time position
- Clearance: Australian Citizenship. While no clearance is required ability to obtain one is desirable.
What You Bring:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and MS365
- Experience in SOE task sequence creation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, and Copilot
- Application packaging and deployment skills
- Experience with Airlock Digital
- Exposure to applying Security Best Practices in line with the Information Security Manual (ISM)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
