What you’ll be doing
Atturra is looking for a creative, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Advisory team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and wants to shape how a sovereign shows up in the Advisory ecosystem.
You’ll contribute to strategy while leading the execution of campaign content, event delivery, stakeholder communications, and visual storytelling - all working as part of a National Marketing team. The role supports high-trust relationships, and senior Advisory leaders, and will help bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to all outward-facing Advisory marketing activity.
Campaign & Content Delivery
• Develop marketing assets including pitch decks, brochures, videos, social posts, and executive briefings
• Plan and execute content across corporate websites, social channels, internal channels, and event communications
• Support the creation of graduate videos and content that builds brand awareness in early and mid career transition.
Conferences & Events Marketing & Management
• Collaborate with the Corporate Events Manager to coordinate event logistics, comms, and assets
• Create promotional content, merchandise and event kits for Advisory-led roundtables, conferences, expos, and immersion sessions
• Manage Advisory’s presence at key events
Design Coordination
• Write and manage creative briefs for internal and external designers
• Review and approve design work and digital collateral, in collaboration with Corporate Marketing
Team Integration & Support
• Integrated within the National Marketing team
• Provide support for SME Gateway, a member-based organisation that is part of the Atturra group
• Support internal storytelling to elevate Advisory’s value and client impact

What will make you successful in this role?
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in B2B public sector or professional services.
• Demonstrated capability in content creation, from social posts to executive-ready presentations
• Strong event coordination skills, with experience delivering content and collateral for external events
• Experience writing creative briefs and working with design teams or external agencies
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management ability
• Familiarity with Defence, government, or technology consulting is highly regarded
• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce
• Experience with Technology platforms such as Smartsheet or similar
• Must be an Australian citizen to be able to obtain security clearance for Defence related projects.
