Junior Capability Analyst - Defence

What you’ll be doing

The Junior Capability Analyst – Learning War Gaming will support the delivery of Defence experimentation events. 

•    Support planning, designing and execution of experimentation events
•    Support in the design of the data capture management plan pre-event, produce data capture information in line with data capture management plan during events, and support the analysis of event data capture post event.
•    Support in the production of analytical products to communicate results of experimentation
•    Provide support to wider Joint Experiment Directorate activities as required
•    Contribute to knowledge management within Joint Experiment Directorate
•    Assisting in creating scenarios, defining rules and procedures and developing supporting materials. 
•    Developing reports, presentations and other materials to communicate findings and lessons learned

What will make you successful in this role? 

•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
•    Tertiary qualification/s in related field.
•    Must be an Australian Citizen with an active NV1 clearance
•    Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
•    Ability to identify data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions.
