What you’ll be doing

Atturra Change & Adoption Manager support clients who are undergoing large scale, technology driven, business transformation. As a Change & Adoption Manager, you will develop and implement change management and learning strategies and plans, leading to the successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities
•    You will apply structured methodology to design plans that drive end user adoption.
•    You will lead and execute change management and learning activities.
•    You will conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
•    You will engage with and manage relationships with identified key stakeholders.
•    You will enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
•    You will analyse learning needs, document requirements, and design and deliver training programs.
•    Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. 
•    Consult and coach client stakeholders and project teams. 
•    Monitor and measure change management and learning activities.
•    Track and report risks and issues.

 

Working Conditions:
•    Employment Type – Permanent full time

•    Must hold an active Baseline Clearance
•    Office Location – Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney
•    Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel


What will make you successful in this role? 

•    10+ years demonstrated experience in change management and learning. 
•    Experience running and leading the change management stream for complex business application projects e.g. SAP, TechnologyOne, Microsoft etc  
•    Experience in both Waterfall and Agile implementations is desirable
•    Superior verbal communication skills.
•    Superior written skills coupled with attention to detail.
•    Strong team player, flexible and able to effectively manage conflicting demands.
•    Ability to interact with individuals and groups at all levels within Atturra and customer organisations. 
•    Comfortable with occasional business travel. 
•    Relevant Change Management and Learning tertiary and industry qualifications.
