What you’ll be doing
We are looking for Business Financials and Property & Rating Consultants to join our team. You will work closely with our clients, analyse different approaches, evaluate solutions, and utilize the best method to meet our client’s requirement efficiently. Responsibilities
• Assist client’s in defining their business requirements.
• Support clients with their business issues and business improvements
• Utilise your skills to perform gap analysis between customer’s requirements and the capabilities of TechnologyOne software.
• Assess, strategize, and manage deployments within the business applications team.
• Design, Implement and deliver solutions to help optimise their business functions and enhance their experiences.
• Create change requests where enhancements are required.
• Help our clients to Simplify, Optimize and Modernize their business applications.
• Undertake an active involvement in the development of the product reference databases and identify and document potential internal developments to TechnoloogyOne System.
• Contribute to the enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies
Working Conditions:
• Employment Type – Permanent full time
• Office Location – Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane or Perth
• Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel
What will make you successful in this role?
2 + years’ TechnologyOne Consulting experience or similar experience as a user.
• 2 +years’ experience in the design and implementation of business systems, specifically TechnologyOne CES, CI and CIA is a must.
• TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Asset Management or Property and Rating Skills is essential.
• Experience and knowledge of documenting functional specifications and requirements artifacts
• Experience in analysing customer’s requirements, understanding their needs, and advising them on how best to leverage their software investment.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
• Ability to work closely with, and to build strong relationships with our clients.
• TechnologyOne technical skills are preferred, such as XLOne Reporting, BPA’s.
• Confidence in delivering face-to-face or remote customer training to the broader audience.
• Ability to work within a team and work closely with and build lasting relationships with our clients.

• Efficient verbal and written communication skills
• Drive for continuous improvement
• Tertiary qualification in any related field.
