Business Analyst

What you will be doing

Atturra is seeking a Business Analysis who has a passion for driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. You will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications to support system migration.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Leading requirements definition, participating in system design, configuration, build, testing and documentation
• Work closely with the Transition team to ensure successful project execution.

• Location: Canberra, ACT
• Contract
• Australian Citizen with ability to obtain a clearance

What would make you successful

Technical Requirements:

•  5+ years Business Analysis experience
•  Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in system migration project
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in planning and conducting workshops with stakeholders for business requirements gathering
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
