Atturra is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our Sales & Operations team within Cloud Business Solutions. This team focuses on delivering ServiceNow and Microsoft solutions across key sectors, including Public Sector, Utilities, and Education.
This role is pivotal in driving account growth, new business acquisition, and strategic client engagement, with a particular focus on expanding our footprint in the ACT, a priority growth region for FY26.
You will be responsible for developing and managing both existing and new accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships, and identifying opportunities to deliver innovative, technology-led transformation programs.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about emerging technology, cloud platforms, and AI-driven transformation, and who understands how ServiceNow and Microsoft solutions combine to deliver end-to-end digital outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Indicators
• Develop and execute account plans, including monthly reporting and pipeline tracking
• Drive new business acquisition within target industries
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organisations
• Demonstrate a conceptual understanding of ServiceNow and Microsoft solutions
• Contribute to sales strategy, forecasting, and regular sales meetings
• Represent Atturra at client, partner, industry, and corporate events

What will make you successful in this role?
You are a commercially minded sales professional with a strong ability to balance relationship management and revenue growth, and can confidently engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience & Capability
- Must be Australian Citizen
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a comparable sales or account executive role
- Proven success in selling IT or professional services solutions
- Experience working with or selling Microsoft and/or ServiceNow offerings
- Strong track record of new business sales and consistent target achievement
- Experience managing complex deals and commercial structures
- Background in proposal capture and government procurement processes (e.g. Tenders, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, panel contracts)
- Understanding of government procurement frameworks and contract vehicles
