What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a detail-focused and reliable Team Administrator to support a 20-person team with a wide range of administrative needs. Reporting to the General Manager of the QAD practice, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Raise and process quotes and invoices for software and services
- Support the annual software maintenance renewal process
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including reporting and document management
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and internal team coordination
Working Conditions:
- Permanent Part Time (32 hours per week)
- Onsite
- Brisbane City
What will make you successful in this role?
- Some prior administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Clear and professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
