Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects in a Tier 1 mining environment. Operating client-side within an outsourced delivery model, you will manage initiatives across our full project portfolio -including infrastructure, network, and systems integration streams - from pre-feasibility through to execution and handover. This role requires a delivery-focused mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to drive results across diverse technical and operational domains.

•    Own and drive project outcomes from pre-feasibility through to execution and handover
•    Manage cross-functional projects spanning infrastructure, enterprise systems, and integrated technology solutions
•    Lead early-phase activities including site assessments, options analysis, and business case support
•    Oversee vendor engagement, commercial alignment, and delivery accountability in an outsourced model
•    Coordinate internal and external resources across planning, build, and cutover activities
•    Proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers and risks to maintain project momentum
•    Provide accurate, timely reporting aligned with PMO standards and governance frameworks
•    Ensure project compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements

What will make you successful in this role? 
•    10+ years of project management experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
•    Proven experience managing across infrastructure, systems integration, and technology delivery streams
•    Demonstrated vendor management experience, including selection, performance oversight, and contract alignment
•    Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and align technical, operational, and executive stakeholders across a diverse delivery portfolio
•    Experience working in Tier 1 complex delivery environments 
•    Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management with a proactive, outcome-focused approach
•    Willingness to occasionally travel to remote mining sites for key phases such as cutover periods (full site medicals and inductions required)
•    High-quality reporting and governance delivery within a complex PMO structure
•    PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification

Desirable:

•    Experience in working within outsourced delivery models
•    Comfortable managing remote site complexities
