What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Consultant, you will be
• Managing client relationships – understanding client needs and developing bespoke solutions that provide strong long-term relationships
• Supporting the provision of technology and digital advice (within a business strategy context) to our clients across a range of industries
• Working with the broader team to analyse, workshop and generate insights and recommendations
• Developing client deliverables and recommending strategic solutions to improve business performance, including operational changes, process improvements, and organizational restructuring.
• Supporting the development of our industry and capability-specific service offerings
• Identifying issues impacting business performance and conducting in-depth analysis of operations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and other consultants on projects.

What will make you successful in this role?
• Associated degree or any related qualification
• Demonstrated 4 – 8years of technology or management Consulting experience is essential
• Advisory Consulting experience or strong interest in AI, Finance, Process or Service design is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Must hold unrestricted work rights
