What you’ll be doing

Atturra Business Applications – Payroll & HR Services team is a dedicated group of payroll system consultants providing the highest level of customer service through responsive, personalised, and effective HR and Payroll support for clients with 200 – 35,000 employees. This exciting opportunity is a hybrid role and could be based out of Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
•    Lead and assist with all stages of an Aurion Payroll Implementation. Be part of an exciting Aurion Payroll Partnership. 
•    Support existing clients with Aurion system configuration, customization, payroll process optimization, training, upgrades, integrations etc. 
•    Provide a variety of system support services across multiple client projects 
Engage will all levels of stakeholders, demonstrating effective communication and the ability to deliver the highest quality of consulting solutions and support.  
•    Identify opportunities for system improvements that would enhance how our clients work and optimize system performance. 
•    Effectively contribute to the team by meeting billable targets, engaging in regular team updates, and upskilling your knowledge to help form a deeper knowledge base across the team. 
•    Have a thorough understanding of payroll industry standards, updates, and changes to help anticipate client’s business and system needs.

What will make you successful in this role

•    Aurion system experience 
•    Aurion Configuration and System Implementation skillset is highly favourable
•  Current Payroll industry knowledge 
•    Baseline security clearance will be highly regarded, but not mandatory. 
•    Can work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment. 
•    Proactive and positive attitude. 
•    Strong attention to detail 
•    High level of accuracy and communication both written and verbal. 
•    Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
