What you’ll be doing

Atturra is on the lookout for an Azure Solutions Architect / Team Lead to join our Cloud Business Solutions team for an exciting Federal Government project. This long-term contract role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills to our esteemed clients, with two further 12 months extension on offer.

We are searching for individuals who are passionate about leading, innovative technology and thrive on driving customer transformation. As a lead in the team, you will need to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and possess excellent presentation abilities.

The ideal candidate will be based in Canberra and will be required to work on a hybrid arrangement at the client site. Additionally, holding an active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

What will make you successful in this role?

Technical Requirements:  

• 7-10 years’ experience in an Azure Solution Architect role, in a Team Lead capacity
• Leading the development of architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with agreed requirements
• Coordinating and managing the target architecture across multiple projects or initiatives Maintains a stable, viable architecture and ensures consistency of design and adherence to appropriate standards across multiple projects or initiatives
• Managing and leading Solution Architects and Developers to design and implement complex systems
• Working closely with Business Analysts across the streams to prioritise the technical delivery and to identify and resolve technical dependencies
• Working closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to focus on broader vision and provide technical advice and input to overall solution design
• Drafting and presenting on any decisions or design patterns
• Work with Platform Architect and Enterprise Architect
• Ensuring the technical design is documented and adhered to by ART members including Solution Architects and Developers
• MUST hold an active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
• Ability to work independently and lead in a team environment
• High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
