What you would be doing?
The Sales and Office Coordinator provides sales, operational and administrative support to the New Zealand business. This role supports customer renewals, quoting, sales administration and business development activities, while coordinating office operations, facilities, health and safety, and general business support functions.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Sales Administration and Support

Provide day-to-day support to Account Executives and Sales Representatives.

Manage customer, vendor and internal enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service.

Prepare quotations, process orders and maintain accurate records within CRM and business systems.

Coordinate sales administration activities and provide order and renewal status updates.
Renewals and Inside Sales

Manage software, licensing and X-aaS renewal.

Support marketing campaigns and inside sales activities across identified accounts.

Identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities and assist in progressing sales opportunities.

Work closely with customers, vendors and distributors to support revenue growth.
Customer and Vendor Relationships

Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, distributors and internal stakeholders.

Act as a key point of contact for enquiries relating to quotes, renewals, orders and software solutions.

Support vendor programs, promotions and customer engagement activities.
Office and Business Support

Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including facilities, office supplies, visitors, events and workspace standards.

Provide general office administration support and assist with onboarding activities.

Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming office environment.
Facilities and Logistics

Coordinate facilities maintenance, contractor engagement and compliance requirements.

Manage stock receipting, asset registers, equipment dispatch and customer returns.

Maintain facilities and operational documentation.
Health and Safety

Coordinate New Zealand health and safety activities, including hazard management, incident reporting, training and evacuation drills.

Support workplace inductions and maintain health and safety records and compliance documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace health and safety practices.

Essential
- Experience in sales support, administration, customer service, office coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong Microsoft Office and business systems skills, including CRM platforms.
- Adaptable, self-motivated and keen to learn.
Desirable
- Experience in the IT, technology, software licensing or managed services industry.
- Experience with quoting, renewals, sales pipelines or account support activities.
- Experience coordinating office operations, facilities, health and safety, stock management or onboarding activities.
- Knowledge of Cisco, HPE, Adobe, Veeam, VMware or similar technology vendors.
