What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a Principal SAP S/4HANA SCM Consultant with deep expertise across Procurement and Supply Chain processes to lead transformation programs across SAP S/4HANA environments. The role focuses on AP, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Materials Management (MM).
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end design of SAP S/4HANA SCM and Procurement solutions.
• Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design across Finance and Supply Chain integration.
• Define solution architecture across MM, IM, WM and Accounts Payable integration.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and align business processes to SAP best practices.
• Act as SCM/MM stream lead across large S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Ensure integration with FI, SD, EWM and other modules.
• Lead testing (SIT/UAT), data migration support, and cutover planning.
• Engage with business stakeholders and provide strategic advisory.
• Mentor consultants and support pre-sales and solutioning activities.

What will make you successful in this role?
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, Valuation).
• Hands-on experience across P2P cycle including requisitions, purchasing, invoicing and AP integration.
• Experience with Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM).
• Strong integration understanding with FI (AP), SD and logistics execution.
• Experience working on Public and/or Private Cloud S/4HANA programs.
• Strong understanding of Fit-to-Standard and Clean Core principles.
• Multiple full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield and/or brownfield).
• SAP certification in S/4HANA MM or related SCM modules preferred.
• Relevant supply chain, procurement or logistics background.
• Experience operating at Principal Consultant or Lead level.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability.
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution design and client presentations.
