What you will be doing? 

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for owning and improving the day-to-day experience of wholesale partners. The role exists to ensure partners can do business with us easily, confidently, and repeatedly. This is a commercially aware coordination role that sits between sales, provisioning, delivery, and support. The focus is on momentum, clarity, and execution, reducing friction for partners while protecting internal teams from unnecessary escalation and rework. The role does not carry a direct sales quota. Success is measured by partner retention, delivery outcomes, and the overall quality of partner engagement.

 Key Outcomes

  • Products and propositions are defined, documented and embedded and Partners experience consistency, transparency, and responsiveness 
  • Opportunities progress cleanly from quote to delivery to BAU 
  • Issues are identified early and resolved before escalation 
  • Internal teams receive clear, complete, and accurate inputs 
  • Revenue is protected through retention and reduced churn 

Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned wholesale and channel partners 
  • Build trusted working relationships based on reliability and follow-through 
  • Maintain regular engagement with partners through structured check-ins and updates 
  • Ensure partners clearly understand processes, timelines, and responsibilities 

 

Opportunity and Commercial Coordination

  • Support partners through quoting, order placement, and commercial clarification 
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and order records in CRM and tracking tools 
  •    Coordinate internal inputs to ensure quotes and solutions align to partner expectations 
  • Ensure commercial commitments are clearly understood and deliverable 

 

Order and Delivery Oversight

  • Track orders from acceptance through provisioning and handover 
  • Coordinate across sales, provisioning, engineering, and support teams 
  • Identify blockers early and drive resolution to maintain momentum 
  • Keep partners informed of progress, changes, or risks 

 

Issue Management and Escalation Prevention

  • Proactively manage issues before they become escalations 
  • Own follow-up actions until resolution is confirmed 
  • Communicate clearly with partners during incidents or delays 
  • Escalate appropriately when required, with context and recommendations 

 

Governance, Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain clean partner, opportunity, and order data 
  • Identify recurring issues, process gaps, or partner pain points 
  • Provide feedback into product, operations, and leadership teams 
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of partner processes and tooling 

 

What will make you successful? 

Essential:

  • Experience in a partner, wholesale, or B2B service environment 
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability 
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously 
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication 

Desirable:

  • Experience in telco, managed services, cloud, or network environments 
  • Familiarity with CRM and service delivery platforms 
  • Understanding of wholesale or channel operating models
