What you’ll be doing
Atturra is looking for a full-time Senior Project Lead, to work within the Cloud Business Solutions, Project Delivery Team, delivering to our Atturra clients.
You will be responsible for the Management and Delivery of multiple concurrent ICT applications projects, from initiation to closure, according to our client’s project management methodology.
Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role.
This role will be based in Adelaide with hybrid working requirements.
Additionally, you must have a minimum of an Australian Citizen to apply and be able to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance, which Atturra will sponsor.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teams
- Negotiate and manage access to and performance of ICT resources across a matrixed organisation
- Prepare project management artefacts including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests (where required), fortnightly project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register and change register
- Facilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts such as user/functional specifications
- Lead regular project status meetings involving all Agency stakeholders; and
- Act as first point of contact for risks, issues and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business.

Technical Requirements:
- 10 + years of Senior Project Management / Delivery Lead experience
- Agile project delivery experience is a MUST
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) / Software Applications Projects
- Must be an Australian Citizen, if you don’t currently have an active Baseline Security Clearance and the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
