What you’ll be doing
Our Business Applications is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant with hands-on TechnologyOne experience to help councils design and deliver practical, audit-ready compliance solutions.
You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and principals to implement and improve compliance, property and rating processes within CiAnywhere (CiA) focusing on building structured, scalable and well-governed solutions.
• Deliver and support TechnologyOne (CiA) implementations, configurations and upgrades across OneCouncil within Property & Rating
• Design and build Business Process Automations (BPA) in CiA, ensuring workflows are consistent, practical and audit-ready
• Configure and support permits, licences, infringements, approvals, records and compliance workflows
• Develop and maintain DocOne templates and document outputs aligned with client requirements
• Work with stakeholders to translate real-world processes into system workflows, identifying risks and embedding appropriate controls
• Participate in and lead workshops and configuration sessions, with support from senior team members where needed
• Assist with data migration activities, contributing to data mapping, validation and ensuring data integrity
• Support UAT, reporting and testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance requirements
• Provide client-facing support, training and advisory, helping councils build capability and confidence in their systems

• Travel Opportunities – Some travel required for workshops, key delivery phases and client engagement
What will make you successful in this role?
• Experience within local government compliance, regulatory, property or rating environments
• Hands-on TechnologyOne CiAnywhere (CiA) experience is essential
• Proven experience building BPA workflows within CiA
• Understanding of compliance lifecycle components (permits, licences, infringements, approvals, records, audit trails)
• Experience with:
o Workflow configuration and system setup
o DocOne configuration
o Supporting data migration, UAT and reporting
• Strong process mapping and problem-solving skills, able to take “as-is” processes and shape improved, system-driven outcomes
• Ability to facilitate or contribute to workshops, engaging both business and technical stakeholders
• Clear and confident communication, with the ability to translate compliance and system concepts
Highly regarded:
• Experience supporting or contributing to Ci to CiAnywhere (CiA) upgrades
• Exposure to TechnologyOne SaaS+ environments
• Experience across Property & Rating modules alongside compliance
• Familiarity with T-Scripts or advanced configuration elements
