What you’ll be doing

We're looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer support while creating secure, scalable application environments.

In this role, you will assist designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and secure hosting environment and the transition of the existing environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Build: Assist with design and implementation of the hosting solutions for Windows, RHEL, VMware, and Azure that align with our business objectives.

• Testing: Execute detailed test plans to validate designs and configurations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs and standard operating procedures.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application hosting environment issues, minimizing downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with our business objectives.

Working Conditions

•    Based in Deakin, ACT 

•    Permanent full time

•    Hybrid work

•    Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance desirable

What will make you successful in this role? 

• Experience: 5+ years in delivering infrastructure solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Active Directory, Entra, VMware, Azure, Windows, RHEL, NetApp, and data centre hosting.
• Migration Skills: Experience in system and data centre migrations.
• Security Knowledge: Exposure to applying Security Best Practices in line with the Information Security Manual (ISM).
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration abilities
