What you’ll be doing
As a Business Development & Sales Manager, you will drive our firm's growth strategy by identifying and securing new business opportunities whilst leading our bid and proposal processes. This dual-focused role combines strategic business development with expert bid management to deliver winning outcomes across our technology, process, people, and data transformation engagements. You'll leverage your deep understanding of enterprise transformation and consultancy services to develop compelling value propositions, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
What will make you successful in this role?
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding $5M+ annual sales targets with demonstrated success in new client acquisition and account growth
• Expert management of complete sales cycle, from lead generation through contract closure, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Established track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking and maintaining strategic relationships with executive stakeholders
• Experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships with measurable outcomes, including driving joint proposals and business development initiatives
• Expert-level proposal writing and reviewing capabilities for complex technical solutions, including leading end-to-end bid processes for multiple opportunities
• Deep understanding of public and private sector procurement processes with experience in delivering compelling bid defenses and presentations
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including creation of thought leadership content and marketing materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities across all levels, with demonstrated ability to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining quality
• Understanding of digital transformation trends and enterprise technology, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills
